|  HOW WE WORK  |

We operate as an end-to-end company with a fully integrated service, from the initial design process, through manufacturing and supply to final installation and we firmly believe that the best way to achieve genuine time and cost benefits for stakeholders is to work with them in identifying the most effective ways to implement their requirements.

This holistic approach means too that we take issues such as quality control and regulation compliance very seriously. Every process that takes place within our organisation is recorded and evaluated via a rigorous and documented Quality Assurance system, ensuring all aspects of our work achieve consistent end results of the highest standard.

|  BEFORE & AFTER  |

Right from the beginning of any project, before installation, our technical team are on hand to offer guideline pricing, assist with the NBS specifications, provide expert advice on British Standards & Building Regulations and resolve any technical queries. AutoCAD drawings, 3D modelling & rendering services and BIM objects are available for all icon products.

Presentations, real or virtual, can also be arranged at initial planning stages in order to evaluate the potential benefits of each system and aid in the selection of finishes. So that clients may have that all important tactile experience of our products and see exactly how our modular systems go together, we have created demonstration sets that we can bring along to any presentation and we also have 'pencil case' sample packs of our standard handrail finishes, available on request.

We value ongoing relationships with our customers and welcome opportunities to run CPD courses or make regular product and technical presentations. We believe keeping customers appraised of our latest design and installation developments and maintaining an awareness of their ongoing needs provides opportunities to improve efficiency and so realise further time and cost savings.
